Who is next after raising the treasure?

There is no change in the order of the players. The player who raised the treasure may continue his turn. (Mostly, this means that he is allowed to play further amulets. It may occur, that he raised the treasure without taking a regular move. If this is the case, the player is allowed to do so.). Afterwards as always, it's your left neighbour's turn.

Is ist possible to move on with your ATV after raising the treasure?

The ride to the treasure ends after raising it. Unused legs of this particular ride are lost.
It does notmatter whether an amulet was used for the ride or not. But the player's turn can still be continued.
(For example, by playing another amulet).

By chance, a player is able to raise a treasure without moving his ATV. Does this mean that he has chosen action B (Move the ATV)?

No. The player has raised the treasure, but he has not taken an action. He still can choose his favourite action.
(Play a clue card, move his ATV or additionally play an amulet).

It is my turn and I choose action "A" (Play a clue card). Is it true that I can either play a clue card or exchange the clue cards in my hand?

No. Who chooses action "A" has to play a clue card in any case.If you want to exchange your clue cards you need to play an amulet. Only if you do not possess an amulet you can set aside your entire turn for exchanging all your clue cards.

Is ist necessary to have at least 4 spaces between equal objects (for example: two palm trees)?

The minimum distance between two equal objects should be four spaces, this means there should be at least three spaces between the objects. From the editorial team: This is not a must. The game is also playable without strictly following this rule ( it then develops a special dynamic).

There is a "ocean space" between a palm tree and a statue. Does this mean that the palm tree is two spaces away from the statue?

No. There are no "ocean spaces" at all, therefore distance is counted by going around the ocean.
