Victor Boden

Born on September 27th, 1958 in Dresden.
First flying experience at the age of six months. Ever since he has enjoyed travelling through the world.
As a child he spent a lot of time with tinkering and drawing. Growing older he did an apprenticeship as a modelbuilder. Casually, he continues to draw during classes and private lessons.
In the 1990ies he publishes short stories and two albums in the comic scene („Die seltsame Entführung des Daniel Liebmann“ and „Murgelurch“).
At that time he is also eveloping board games for the own family table.
In 1989 he quits his job as modelbuilder and moves from Munich to Freiburg. Seven years later he meets Klaus Zoch whose partner, Albrecht Werstein, is working in Munich. Victor shows them his self-designed space board game which is not producable due to the mass of material. However it looks nice. So, Victor gets his first order to illustrate the Zoch game "Bamboleo".
In 2001 he illustrates „Villa Paletti“ which becomes „Spiel des Jahres“ in 2002.
In the meantime, he started working professionally with the computer and he is continuing to illustrate more and more Zoch games including the rules etc.
