I live close to the city of 'Schweinfurt'.
I finished an apprenticeship as brick layer.
After that I performed a further training as an educator.
Since that time I have worked in a kindergarden and from there I receive my inspiration for creating games.

Board games have always fascinated me. Eyery year you could find a "Game of the Year" - title under our Christmas tree. After a pause during my adolescence, I returned to the world of board games in 1995. One day, I had the idea to combine playing elements from 'Monopoly' with the computer game 'Vermeer'. Thereby I was caught by the spirit of inventing games and I still am...

 

Hobbies:

My hobbies are: of course playing games, jogging, playing Badminton and riding mountain bike.

Games I would take with me to a remote island:

These games I would take with me to a remote island: 'Rush Hour' -in case of being alone there - otherwise: 'The Settlers Of Catan', 'Agricola', 'Trias' and 'Morgenland'.

How I get my best ideas for games:

The best ideas are coming easily, it can happen everywhere.
The 'daily life' inspires me.
