Conditions of participation

The graduated promotion runs up to and including 30.11.2025.
All discounts are valid only during the promotional period and while supplies last.

Requirements

To receive the respective discount, the following criteria must be met:

▪️for orders of €50 or more (excluding shipping), a 15% discount will be automatically applied
▪️for orders of €75 or more (excluding shipping), a 20% discount will be automatically applied
▪️for orders of €100 or more (excluding shipping), a 25% discount will be automatically applied

Discounts are applied automatically in the cart – no coupon code is required.

Validity and restrictions

The tiered cart value promotion of €50, €75, and €100 applies across all brand shops - except Noris and Smoby.
Noris uses different cart value tiers: €25, €50, and €75. Smoby also has its own tiers: €75, €100, and €125.

▪️When switching to another shop (e.g., Noris or Smoby), the terms of the new brand shop apply.
▪️Items from the “% DEALS %” category are excluded from all discounts.
▪️Custom bundle configurations are also excluded.
▪️The Carson & Tamiya brand shops are excluded from this promotion.
▪️The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers.
▪️Discount levels cannot be changed, adjusted, or selected individually.

General information

All employees of Dutch Toys Group B.V., UNDERCOVER GmbH and SIMBA DICKIE GROUP GmbH, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. A cash payout of the discount is not possible.
In the event of a breach of these conditions, we reserve the right to exclude individuals from participation.
We also reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice or explanation.
Claims for damages related to the promotion are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Legal recourse is excluded.

By completing an order during the promotion period, participants expressly accept these terms and conditions.
