Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SIMBA-DICKIE-Vertriebs-GmbH & Co. KG, Werkstraße 1, 90765 Fürth, Phone: 0911 – 9765 – 156, Email: service@simba-dickie.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Alternatively, you can also fill out and submit the withdrawal form electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal immediately (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We can refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
For deliveries within Germany, we will provide you with a free DHL return label after receipt of your withdrawal, which you can easily print out and use yourself. The costs of the return shipment from Germany are therefore borne by SIMBA-DICKIE-Vertriebs-GmbH & Co. KG. For return shipments from abroad (EU and third countries), you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself; further information on this can be found in the section Information on international shipping below.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Information on International Shipping
The regular right of withdrawal applies to consumers residing in the European Union. Within the EU, the right of withdrawal is harmonized by Directive 2011/83/EU and applies uniformly. For return shipments from EU countries outside Germany, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself; a free return label will not be provided in this case. To initiate your return, please use the ticket system on our website.
For consumers residing outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA or other third countries), there is no statutory right of withdrawal under German or EU law. However, we voluntarily grant customers outside the EU a return right of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The return shipping costs including any customs duties and other import charges are to be borne by the customer; a reimbursement of these costs is not possible. To initiate your return, please use the ticket system on our website.
Note for return shipments from third countries: Please label the package as 'Rücksendung / Return of Goods' and state a goods value of 0 EUR to avoid unnecessary customs duties.

- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components if possible. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
- Please note that the aforementioned section 1 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
- Bundle products: If you wish to return an item that is part of a bundle (product package), you are entitled to the right of withdrawal for each individual item of the bundle separately. In the event of a partial withdrawal of a bundle, the purchase price will be refunded proportionally. Please note that the remaining individual item price may differ from the original bundle price.
