Heckmeck Junior

Heckmeck Junior brings the Heckmeck world to younger players with a fast dice game built around counting, matching and a clear push-your-luck rhythm. In each round, 6 custom dice show worms and snack symbols such as buns, cheese, cucumber and ketchup, creating a bright table scene where every roll feeds directly into the next decision. The game uses 12 roast worm tiles laid out in ascending order, with values from 4 to 9 and worm illustrations underneath that show the reward on each tile. Players roll all dice, choose 1 symbol, set all matching dice aside, then continue with the remaining dice while adding up the collected results. A worm must be part of the total to take a tile, and buns count double, so the scoring stays easy to read while still leaving room for timing and risk. If the exact tile is gone, a lower tile can be taken from the grill, and a visible top tile may also be pinched from another player's stack. That structure keeps turns active at family tables, on playdates or during a short game round after school. With 2-5 players and an age recommendation of 5+, Heckmeck Junior supports repeated rounds where number recognition, comparing totals and simple tactical choices stay at the center of the action. Author Reiner Knizia and illustrator Doris Matthaus shape the game's lively character.
