Menara - Rituals & Ruins

Menara Rituals & Ruins extends the cooperative building game Menara with new temple parts, new rule cards and a scenario system that changes how each structure comes together. The expansion is playable only with the Menara base game and brings the cursed temple back under a solar eclipse, where every added floor and every drawn card can shift the balance of the whole build. Inside the box are 35 columns, 2 golden columns, 8 temple floors, 30 construction plans, 13 Ritual cards, 26 Fate cards, 12 Tear tokens and 1 bag. Oliver Richtberg is named as the game author, with illustration by Sebastien Caiveau. The new temple floors introduce fresh layouts, while the Ritual cards and Fate cards alter the conditions around placement, planning and recovery. Golden columns come with their own restrictions, and the Tears of the Gods add another layer of tension when a scenario calls for them. With 13 rituals and countless scenario combinations, the expansion opens a broad range of setups without changing the cooperative core of Menara. Sessions can be tailored to the group by choosing a scenario and deciding which modules join the base game. Solo builders and teams of up to 4 can take on the temple together, adjusting the challenge through the selected floors, cards and special elements across 45-90 minutes.
